Kelly Boutelle (Gordon)

Kelly Boutelle Gordon is a fourth-year medical student at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine interested in anesthesiology. She grew up playing volleyball, which inspired her interest in biomechanics. After graduating from Northwestern University in 2017, she worked at Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego in the orthopedics research department studying sports and trauma injuries. Her current project in the Granata Lab is about identifying changes in the operative limb following total ankle arthroplasty. She enjoys hiking with her two dogs and playing volleyball in the local rec league.
